Schedule the in-home visit - Call or email our local showroom to schedule a no-cost appointment.

In-Home Visit - Your designer will meet with you in your home. Your designer will ask questions about your window treatment visions and provide you with examples of our plantation shutters.

Your designer will then proceed from window to window preparing detailed measurements of your openings. Your designer will then prepare renderings of your window treatments for your review. Take this opportunity to experiment with your plantation shutter design: adjust panel sizes, louver widths and other shutter features.

Upon completion of the design process, your designer will print a quotation for you to review. This document will specify not only louver sizes and panel configurations, but also the louver quantities, placement of divider rails and sizes of your rails contained within your plantation shutter order.

Order Placement - Once you have decided to make the purchase, contact either your designer or local office to finalize the purchase. We will then manufacture your shutters in our Atlanta facility to your exact dimensions.

Installation - Once your product has passed though our Quality Control department, we will contract you to schedule your professional shutter installation. Our installers will arrive at your home with all the materials necessary to complete the installation of your order as well as clean-up installation debris.
