How to Order - Self Installation ProgramWhether you are a do-it-yourself (DIY) or have access to a local trim carpenter, you will find our plantation shutters will arrive at your home or business pre-finished and ready for installation. To ensure that your order arrives in a state of readiness, we will follow the steps below1) Pre-measure: Download the attached measurement form and follow its directions for determining sizing and pricing of your shutters. 2) Fax or email the completed measurement form to sales@addisonmorgan.com. Upon receipt of the form we will assign you a contact person who will review over your shutter design and styling options with you. 3) Addison-Morgan will prepare a formal quote with product renderings for your review. Feel free to make modifications to the design and then fax or email your ideas to your contact person. This person will incorporate your changes into the quote for your final approval 4) Once you are satisfied with your quote, please fax your completed contract to your contact person for processing of your plantation shutter order. 5) In 4-6 weeks you will be notified of shipment. 6) Please notify us of your receipt of the shutters so that we may answer any of your self installation questions. |
